At Namah festive creations, every product is handcrafted with love and care. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged
- Wrong product is delivered
- Item is defective
- Items are missing from the package
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A proper unboxing video without cuts
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Handmade items with slight variations
- Sale or clearance products
- Products damaged due to misuse
Minor variations in handmade products are natural and not considered defects.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after claim verification and approval.
- Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit
- Processing time is usually 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
4. Cancellation Policy
- Regular orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Customized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed
5. Replacement Policy
Eligible cases may receive:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund
6. Festive Season Disclaimer
During festive or wedding seasons, return and replacement processing may take longer due to high order volumes and courier delays.
